* A team consist of 4 players and a goalie

* 16 minute running clock games

* No Substitutes

* Minimum 4 games per team

* All flagrant penalties result in a penalty shot

* No Timeouts

* Ties will be treated as such during the round robin

* Medals will be given to fist and second place teams along with a trophy for first place

* If an injury occurs or a player receives a game misconduct or tourney expulsion, that team will play with only three remaining players

* Turn in the form with 1 check of $100.00 deadline Tues. 9/5

· A team consist of 4 players and a goalie

· 12 minute running clock games.  The clock will stop in last minute if the goal differential is 1 goal or tie

· Minimum 4 games per team

· All penalties result in a penalty shot

· House players can play in travel divisions but no travel players in house divisions

·  Face offs will occur only at the beginning of games

· We the referee blows the whistle he will award the puck to a team and play will resume immediately, the defending team must back off the puck

· No timeouts

· Ties will be treated as such

· Medals for first and second place with trophy for fist place

· If an injury occurs or a player receives a game misconduct or tourney expulsion, that team will play with only three remaining players

· Goalies can wear skates or shoes

· We reserve the right to place teams in divisions we feel are appropriate

· Turn in this form with 1 check of $125.00 deadline is Tues 9/5
