Lil’ Programs Policies

CHILD DEVELOPMENT MAKE UP CLASS POLICY:

1.) In order to be eligible for a make up class, participants must notify Dreamsports Center of their absence before the missed class. Participants are welcome to notify Dreamsports Center by e-mailing the Director of Child Development Programs, Dane Summerell  (dane@DreamsportsCenter.com). Please include the following information in your e-mail: Child’s full name, class name, class day, class time, date of class that will be missed.

2.) Make up class days and times will be based on availability. We have limited availability for some programs and/or classes.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CLASS POLICY:

1.) Thank you for your support of the Dreamsports Class Policies and effort to keep our classes safe, fair, and FUN! In order to prevent overcrowding in the classes there may only be one adult allowed on the field at a time in parent/child classes.  The kids need lots of space to run and play, which is limited when each child has multiple adults on the field supporting them.

2.) We find that siblings of class participants can easily distract all participants, for this reason, and liability and insurance reasons, siblings of class participants must remain off the rink during class times.

3.) All Personal belongings of class participants must remain off the field. In order to keep our fields clear to prevent injuries and damage to personal belongings we ask that you minimize the amount of items you bring to class with you (i.e. purses, diaper bags, water bottles, stuffed animals, etc). However, if you should bring items to class you may leave them on the bleachers outside the rink.

4.) If we have to cancel your class due to inclement weather, we will post it on the home page of our website, send you an e-mail, and your coach will call you. Classes canceled due to inclement weather will be made up the week of March 6-10th on your normal class day, at your normal class time.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT REFUND POLICY:

All refunds requested before the start of the session will be subject to a $25 non-refundable processing fee.  Refunds requested after the start of the session are subject to a $50 processing fee.  Plus, participants must pay for all classes up to the date of cancellation.  All cancellations must be received in writing.

CLASS TRANSFERS:

Children can transfer from one class to another at any point in a session, with no charge or penalty. Ability to transfer into a certain class is based on whether or not there is space in that class for another player.  Transfers must be processed by the Director of Child Development programs, or at the front desk. When transferring from a program of lower cost to a program of higher cost, the customer is responsible for paying the difference of the per class rate, for however many classes the child will attend.

Thank you for your support of the Dreamsports Class Policies and effort to keep our classes safe, fair, and FUN!
