Fall Lacrosse Age Group Descriptions: (Visit the main Lacrosse page for estimated times)

• Coed Lacrosse Grades 1-3 is an instructional program that is designed to teach the basic skills such as throwing, catching, cradling, and positioning on the field.  Equipment required for grades 1-3 will be a lacrosse stick and mouthguard only.

• Boys Lacrosse Grades 4-6 players will be placed on teams. We will maintain an instructional component, but will play a competitive game each week.  Equipment required for Grades 4-6 will be a lacrosse helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouthpiece, cup, and lacrosse stick.

• Girls Lacrosse Grades 5-8 (Middle School) will include instruction as well as scrimmage play. Instruction will include basic skills such as throwing, catching, cradling, and positioning. Equipment required will be a lacrosse stick, mouthpiece and goggles.

• Boys Lacrosse Grades 6-8 (Middle School) will consist of games only. Local schools may register as a team or individuals can register to play and we will place them on a team.  Equipment required for Grades 6-8 will be a lacrosse helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouthpiece, cup, and lacrosse stick.

• Girls Lacrosse Grades 9-12 (High School) will consist of games only. Local schools may register as a team or individuals can register to play and we will place them on a team. Team coordinators should contact Megan at (919) 387-2955 x 198 to set up full teams. Equipment required will include a lacrosse stick, mouthpiece and goggles.

• Boys Lacrosse Grades 9-12 (High School) will consist of games only. Local schools may register as a team or individuals can register to play and we will place them on a team.  Equipment required for Grades 9-12 will be a lacrosse helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, mouthpiece, cup, and lacrosse stick. (Summer only)
