Steve Werner
CEO and one of the owners of Dreamsports Center, Steve has been involved with the facility as a customer since day 1, 10 years ago. He retired from a successful technology career with Intel Corporation and has spent the past several years developing plans on how to improve upon the strong base the previous owners built for Dreamsports. Steve maintains ownership positions in two other area businesses, as well as Dreamsports Center.
Elisa Roels
Elisa started off as our Director of Daytime and Events Programming and was responsible for all of our camp programs, as well as all marketing and customer service activity. In March 2010, Elisa became the General Manager and her main focus now is to manage Dreamsports Center and help achieve the goals that the investment group has set for the facility. Elisa has a BBA in Business from Pace University, with a specialty in Marketing. She is enjoying the continued growth at Dreamsports and is looking forward to a great future.
Bianca Owens
Bianca, the Director of Child Development Programs, is a senior currently working on her degree in communications at North Carolina State University. Bianca is a member of the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators (AACCA) and the United States All Star Federation (USASF). Bianca has an extensive background in Child Development through the YMCA and 6 years of coaching experience. In her spare time, Bianca coaches cheerleading at Cardinal Gibbons High School.
Matt Messner
Matt is our Facility Manager at Dreamsports Center.
Corrie Ismaili
Corrie, Office Manager at Dreamsports Center, is a NY transplant. Prior to moving to NC, Corrie worked as an Assistant General Manager and Director of Special Events for Chelsea Piers in New York City. Corrie uses her experience of the sports and entertainment industry and as a parent of young children to help curtail any customer service problems and assist with the "behind the scenes" in Dreamsports. She is thrilled to living in warmer weather and being a part of what she loves...seeing smiles on kids faces, as they have fun!
Megan Spadafora
Megan, is the Customer Service Director, Employee Coordinator here at Dreamsports. She recently graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management and a concentration in Program Management. Megan has a seven year background in aquatics through the city of Raleigh and four years of experience in coaching. During her free time, she coaches soccer for Triangle Football Club with her father an spends many hours at the pool.
